Suzuki Philippines offers Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) as well as major and minor repairs to our customers all over the country. These After Sales solutions are critical in ensuring that your Suzuki motorbike is in top shape.

Warranty
System & Coverage:
- Suzuki Philippines Incorporated, exclusive manufacturer / assembler / distributor of Suzuki motorcycles in the Philippines, warrants the original purchase of this motorcycle to be free from any defect in parts and workmanship, under normal use and service, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Regular Bikes: Two (2) years from date of motorcycle purchase by the first owner or up to 20,000 kms of motorcycle use, whichever comes first.
Big Bikes: Two (2) years from date of motorcycles purchase by the first owner. Unlimited mileage.
- Suzuki Philippines Incorporated covers by its warranty all troubles occasioned during the warranty period and attributable to the maker’s responsibility. Except expendable parts. Specified below are the conditions and parts not covered by Suzuki’s warranty which are not attributable to the maker’s responsibility.
2.1 Trouble occasioned under the following conditions shall not be covered by this warranty.
- Any motorcycle which has not undergone Periodic Inspection required by Suzuki in the owner’s manual.
- Trouble occasioned through user’s negligence, abuse or use in a way much deviated from the use for which the motorcycle was originally designed (traffic accident, collision or overturning, racing, over revolution of engine, use of recycled and not recommended oil or fuel, user’s mishandling, etc.)
- Trouble caused by the use of parts other than Suzuki Genuine Parts.
- Trouble caused by making changes or alterations in the product and/or accessories.
- Trouble caused by breaking a seal or by disassembling any irremovable part/s. (CDI Unit, Oil Pump, ECM Unit, Speedometer, Main Switch, Turn Signal Relay, Shock Absorber, etc.)
- Trouble caused by inappropriate care (rusting, fading of color, natural deterioration, etc.)
2.2 Natural wear or deterioration of the following expendable parts shall not be covered by this warranty:
- Battery
- Bolts & nuts
- Brake show/pads
- Cables
- Clutch lining
- Drive chain
- Filters
- Fuses
- Gaskets
- Lamp bulbs
- Mags
- Rubber parts (except engine oil seals)
- Spark plugs
- Sprockets
- Tappet shims
- Tires & tubes
- Wheel spokes
2.3 Initial and emotional complaints not based on any defect in quality or workmanship (vibration, noise, driving instability, etc.).
2.4 Preventive service and other services done for maintenance, such as the following, shall not be covered by this warranty:
- Cleaning of intake and exhaust systems
- Lubricants, battery solution, and others utilized in Periodic Maintenance Service
- Adjustment of clutch and brakes
- Other normal preventive and maintenance services
2.5 Any claim not presented in the specified procedures shall not be covered by this Warranty. (Motorcycles not registered. Uncertain contents of claim application.).
2.6 Damaged occasioned in the course of transportation shall not be covered by this Warranty.
2.7 This Warranty shall not cover any services rendered even during the Warranty Period if the services were not rendered perfectly.
- This Warranty does not apply to:
- Any motorcycle that has been repaired or attended to outside of service facilities of Suzuki Philippines Incorporated or its accredited service shops.
- Negligence or accident and improper use of motorcycle or failure of customer to comply with the owner’s manual accompanying this motorcycle.
- When trouble develops due to use of parts not specified by Suzuki Philippines Incorporated or the use of imitation replacement parts.
- Used in competition and racing.
- Reminders to Owners
The original owner must fulfill the following:
- It is mandatory for the owner to present the free service coupon, whenever requesting periodical checkup / service during Warranty.
- Owner must take the motorcycle at his own expense, to any SUZUKI 3S SHOPS or ACCREDITED SERVICE SHOPS for PERIODIC or WARRANTY SERVICING.
- Owner must report to the SUZUKI 3S SHOPS or AUTHORIZED SUZUKI DEALER, where the motorcycle was purchased, for any mechanical or electrical trouble. Have them inspect the motorcycle within 3 days from the occurrence of any trouble. They will prepare and fax the WARRANTY APPLICATION to us.
- Owner must take the necessary recommendations on fuel and oil. Please refer to the owner’s manual.
- Suzuki Philippines Incorporated shall determine:
- Whether any alleged defect is a defect covered by this Warranty.
- Whether a defective part is to be repaired or replaced.
- Whether the owner of the motorcycle has complied with the terms and conditions of this Warranty.
- Used in competition and racing.
The determination of Suzuki Philippines Incorporated of all the aforesaid matters shall be final and conclusive. - Suzuki Philippines Incorporated assumes no responsibility for loss of the use of the motorcycle, loss of time, inconvenience or any other indirect, incidental or consequential damage resulting from the motorcycle not being available to the owner because of any defect covered by this warranty.
