Suzuki Philippines recently took the country’s motorcycle media and content partners to an Intelligent Luxury experience with the Burgman 15. Following the successful launch of this much awaited 150cc maxi scooter at the Market! Market!, the brand brought its newest premium mobility to the streets through the Burgman 15 Intelligent Luxury Ride held on July 3, 2026. Gathering members of the media and content creators, the exclusive ride offered a firsthand experience of the Burgman 15 showcasing how its premium comfort, refined design and advanced features that made it the perfect riding companion when traversing Metro Manila’s iconic and highly traffic dense urban destinations. The activity began in Suzuki Roosevelt Guanzon 3S Shop where the riders were welcomed by the Suzuki Team led by the Motorcycle Marketing Department Head Mr. Cyril Aguadera and the Group Heads, for Marketing Communications Ms. Edelyn Yanilla and for Product and Data Marketing Ms. Victoria Caringal. Prior to the ride, participants gathered for the opening program that set the tone for the day’s Intelligent Luxury experience.
A comprehensive product orientation was given by Ms. Ariane Tolentino from the Product and Data Marketing Group, who introduced the Burgman 15’s key features, intelligent technologies, and premium design. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable ride, Mr. Sherwin Florendo and Mr. Noel Villapando from Motorcycle Safety Riding and Club Relations walked participants through the convoy route, carefully studied to maximize the Burgman 15 experience and conducted a safety riding briefing, emphasizing responsible riding practices throughout the journey. Capping the pre-ride program, Ms. Trina Maiquez from the Marketing Communications Group presented the day’s activity mechanics, encouraging participants to showcase their creativity through friendly challenges that resonate with the practical features of the Burgman 15 adding an engaging and interactive element to the overall media ride experience.
To provide participants with a comprehensive first-hand riding experience, Suzuki mapped out a carefully curated route that showcased the Burgman 15’s capabilities across the diverse riding conditions of Metro Manila. The ride began in Roosevelt and made its way through the inner streets of Little Baguio in San Juan, where riders immediately experienced the scooter’s agile handling, balanced chassis, and responsive throttle while navigating stopand-go traffic, narrow intersections, and busy urban roads. The route then transitioned to EDSA, allowing participants to appreciate the Burgman 15’s refined power delivery, confident acceleration, and exceptional stability amidst the fast-paced flow of one of the country’s busiest thoroughfares.
The group’s first stop was at Bridgetowne in Pasig, where riders swapped motorcycles, giving everyone the opportunity to experience the Burgman 15 from a fresh perspective and further appreciate its premium ride quality, smooth handling, and overall refinement. Against the iconic backdrop of The Victor, participants also captured lifestyle photographs that highlighted the scooter’s sophisticated styling, from its distinctive triple LED headlight assembly and full-LED rear lighting system to its sleek body lines and premium finish.
From Bridgetowne, the convoy continued through Capitol Commons in Ortigas, where the Burgman 15 once again demonstrated its versatility in real-world riding conditions. Its spacious riding ergonomics, comfortable suspension, and precise throttle response made navigating bustling city streets effortless, reinforcing its ability to deliver both comfort and confidence throughout the journey.
The ride then proceeded to Dean & DeLuca in Bonifacio Global City for an afternoon coffee break, where participants enjoyed pastries while taking part in an interactive quiz bee and Metro Manila-themed trivia. The activity also provided an engaging opportunity to learn more about the Burgman 15’s intelligent features, including its full-color TFT instrument panel, Smart Key System, USB charging port, generous under-seat storage, and fuel-efficient 43.6 km/L performance. Together, these features showcased how the Burgman 15 seamlessly combines luxury, convenience, and practicality for today’s modern urban rider.
As the day transitioned into the evening, the convoy made its final ride to Mamou at Power Plant Mall in Rockwell. The concluding leg once again highlighted the scooter’s smooth acceleration, stable handling, and comfortable ride even after hours on the road, underscoring its capability to perform consistently across varying traffic conditions.
