Who are qualified to join:

The Suzuki Motorcycles Calendar Girl Search 2024 is open to the following participants:

Must be 18 to 28 years old at the time of submission of an entry
Must be currently residing in the Philippines
Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) employees, their partners and affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join this contest.

Registration and Submission:

1. Interested participants must visit our website to see the full mechanics. Fill out an entry form with your personal details. Submit a valid ID for validation and the photo entry with a Suzuki motorcycle via this link.

2. Each participant is allowed to submit one photo entry. A participant can submit another entry in the next month if not selected.

3. All entries must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted:

Participants must submit their own original photo entry – a photo shoot idea with a Suzuki motorcycle.
Any equipment can be used in taking photos, i.e. camera phones and digital SLR (or DSLR).
The photo must be in JPG/PNG format. It can be in landscape or portrait at least 300 pixels high resolution (without enlarging).
The photo must be in full color. Avoid cropping, editing, or making any modifications to the original photo. Adding filters to the photo is prohibited.
Photos that (1) contain any form of discrimination, including but not limited to discrimination on the basis of race, descent, disability, age, sex and religion; (2) demonstrate obscene and offensive scenes; (3) promotes alcoholic beverages, intoxicating drinks, use of prohibited drugs or any form of violence or pornography; or (4) any other objectionable or inappropriate content will be automatically disqualified.

4. The deadline for submission of entries is every 11:59 PM of last Friday of every month:

Selection and Judging:

All successful entries will undergo screening by the organizers to verify their identity and validate their submission. The Suzuki Calendar Girl of the Month will be determined based on the set criteria for judging.
The organizers from SPH will extract all submissions within five (5) working days.

  Valid entries with verified details will be judged based on the set of criteria. The criteria for selecting the winners of the month are as follows:
  • Photogenic Beauty (50%) – Charm, charisma, and poise
  • Originality (30%) – Originality of idea or uniqueness and creative pose with a Suzuki motorcycle
  • Overall Visual Impact (20%) – Visual appeal and presentation in the photo
  
  The judging will be held either face-to-face at the office of SPH or through virtual meetings which will be done on the following dates:
  - June 5, 2023
  - July 10, 2023
  - August 7, 2023
  - September 4, 2023
  - October 9, 2023
  - November 13, 2023
    Note: Should there be any changes in the dates mentioned above, Suzuki Motorcycles Philippines shall inform DTI ahead of time and adjust accordingly.
A DTI representative will be invited virtually to witness the process of judging, tabulating the votes, and determining the winners.
Two (2) winners will be determined based on the highest votes accumulated from the judging.

Announcement of Winners and Prizes:

The announcement of winners will be posted via the official Facebook page of Suzuki Motorcycles Philippines at least two (2) weeks after determining the winners:

Winning entries will be officially notified via phone, email, and registered mail. The top twelve (12) winners will represent the Suzuki Motorcycles Calendar Girls 2024. The decision of the management of Suzuki Motorcycles Philippines will be final and not appealable.
Each winner will receive a P5,000 cash prize and a P5,000 worth of gift certificate from Suzuki Philippines Incorporated. All prizes are tax-free.
Claiming of prizes is within 60 days from the receipt of registered mail. Winners may claim their prizes at the following registered offices of Suzuki Philippines Incorporated:

Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification will be forfeited with prior approval of DTI. All prizes are not transferrable and gift certificates are not convertible to cash.
