The Avenis is touted as the perfect answer to every Pinoy rider’s needs—a travel buddy for leisure, work, a side hustle or other transportation purposes. This much talked about motorcycle was at center stage at the Suzuki Tambayan during one of the country’s biggest motorcycle events – Motorsiklo Xklusibo’s 13th Anniversary held at the Laguna Sports Complex recently.
During the event program, the Avenis was reintroduced to the market highlighting its safe and convenient features – the external hinge type fuel cap, USB charger, and brake lock system among others. It was also offered for a test ride for the first time at the event. The Suzuki Avenis is equipped with Suzuki Eco Performance all aluminum 125cc engine that offers maximum power at optimum fuel-efficiency with average fuel consumption of 54km/L.
“The Avenis is our answer for riders who need to be always on the go. It is the perfect partner for the unconventional rider who expects a uniquely styled scooter, muscular and sporty with an advanced technology yet it remains affordable. Moreover, the Avenis has all the conveniences, good qualities and safety features found in a scooter. It has a very roomy floorboard with utility hooks for extra baggage. The underseat compartment can fit 21L of load. It has a central locking system and has a combined brake system. It is very nimble and can traverse through traffic easily. Most importantly it is very affordable at an SRP of 79,400.
Motorcycle riders and enthusiasts were also treated to fun activities at the day-long event. The Suzuki Tambayan featured a display of Suzuki scooters – the Avenis, Burgman Street as well as its crossover models the Skydrive Crossover and Raider J Crossover. The crossover units were also given as raffle items at the Motorsiklo Xklusibo’s Anniversary Grand Raffle! Free snacks were also given during the event alongside the Spin-a-Win game to the delight of everyone.
